Chrysanthema Lahr 2013 photos - Part 2

Location: Lahr, Germany

More chrysanthemums and compositions from them, weather wasn’t bad, but still sky remained cloudy. I hope that I took photos of the most compositions :)
I really like and enjoy Chrysanthema Lahr, it’s like suns light and warmth gathered in these flowers - chrysanthemums, something that you truly need in these cloudy and rainy days.

Chrysanthema Lahr 2013 photos

Location: Lahr, Germany
The weather wasn’t the best, but it didn’t stop from enjoying the beautiful and bright chrysanthemums and compositions from them. I was hoping that on working day could be less people, so I could make photos in peace, but I was wrong. Still I’m happy that people really like and visit this festival. So, please, don’t mind some people on photos.
I haven’t taken photos of all compositions and flowers, because it started to rain, so I hope make more shoots on a better day.

Triberg - Part 2

Location: Triberg, Germany
Triberg is not only a town located in the middle of Black forest (schwarzwald). It’s popular and known for being a part of Clock street (Uhrenstrasse) with the largest worlds cuckoo clock and Germany’s highest waterfall.

In Triberg is located Germany’s highest waterfall. The waterfall is 163 m high counting all cascades. There are a few ways to reach it, some take 30 minutes, some a few hours, if you’re wiling to take a walk and enjoy nature.
The entrance is from Triberg itself, as it leads you to bottom of it, opening a beautiful and a full view at waterfall.
The entrance costs 3,50 Euro for a adult and 3,00 Euro for children, also you can buy there peanuts for squirrels for 0,50 Cents and try to feed them. It’s may feel a bit strange to pay money for a nature’s masterpiece, but you’ll see all the trails, bridges and upkeep.
There are many trails that you can follow to get higher and get a better view. But the most point – enjoy it.

Thanks for visiting my blog :)

Triberg - Part 1

Location: Triberg, Vācija
Triberg is not only a town located in the middle of Black forest (schwarzwald). It’s popular and known for being a part of Clock street (Uhrenstrasse) with the largest worlds cuckoo clock and Germany’s highest waterfall.

On my way to Triberg, I already noticed the Uhrenstrasse (Clock street) signs. I was wrong thinking that Uhrenstrasse is only located in Triberg, it’s only a part of it.
You can see the Uhrenstrasse completely here. (From http://photobucket.com/)

The Triberg clock street – how you can guess, it’s a street full of cuckoo clocks, Kuckucksuhren in German language. Cuckoo clocks shops, cuckoo clocks on houses, everywhere… Also you can buy cuckoo clocks and souvenirs there, maybe prices are a bit higher, but well it’s made for tourists.
It’s an atmospheric place, it gives you some kind of nice feeling, which one I can’t really explain. But like some will say - there’s no more black forestish (schwarzwaldish) place ever. :D Maybe that explains it. :)

Also you can see there beautiful and interesting woodworks or woodcarvings. To hear the waterfall in the background.

I must be honest, I didn’t found out which one is the largest worlds cuckoo clock. So that’s my task for the next visit. Sorry for that…

Beautiful and amazing black forest (schwarzwald) mountains.

Location: Švarcvalde
True beauty and wonder can only be behold trough your own eyes and photos can give you only a slight sight of it.
The road that we took trough black forest (Schwarzwald) mountains was amazing, those mountains, landscapes, small villages, castles. I couldn’t possibly photograph everything, only in the places, where we managed to stop.
Our way was from Lahr – Waldkirch – Elzach – Triberg. Sometimes is better to leave the highway and to take a road trough small villages.
I hope you’ll enjoy the photos. :)

Amazing view near Triberg, Schwarzwald, Germany.

1100 meters above sea level. True beauty you can only enjoy being there, feeling the wind and letting eyes take it all in.
In other words I was on a ride, that amazed me over and over, the count of mountains I saw, the beautiful views. I also saw the highest waterfall of Germany, which one is in Triberg. Don’t worry I will publish it all very soon.

A test filming with my new Digital camera - Sony Cyber-shot dsc h200. Well, maybe, not the best conditions - sun, wind, my hand shaking a bit, but I'm learning.

Excursion in Gengenbach: Part 2 – Old Town

Location: Gengenbach, Vācija
Old Town is always the heart and the true beauty of city. In Gengenbachs old town you can feel the touch of medieval age and the spirit of Carnival (Fascnacht), which flows trough style and some unique beauty. Old town, city by itself and everything around is really picturesque, it’s giving a feeling that it all can be only this way – mountains with grape vine, shining towers, German style houses…
I enjoyed everything till smallest things…
There’s nothing left to say, only to look…

Europa-park impressions – Arena-Show "Milady's Revenge"

Location: Rust, Vācija

The last, but not the least impression - Arena-Show "Milady's Revenge"

I can’t decide which show I liked the most - "Super’Ice" or "Milady's Revenge"… They both are so amazing and outstanding, yet so different…
Milady's Revenge is a show with a story which goes around Three Musketeers, Cardinal de Richelieu and Milady de Winter. It’s full of action, tension and stunts. It’s amazing to see how musketeers are riding horses and fighting with rapiers. But the best thing, that it’s happening so close to you.
Graceful horses and brave musketeers – who won’t love it?
I can’t find even the words how much I liked, enjoyed this awesomeness. It takes your attention completely, sometimes you don’t even know where to look. It’s even better than theater, you’re feeling like a part of it.
It’s really a show for my taste and if you liked, what you just read, then you need to see it.

And sorry, I haven’t made any photos I just enjoyed the show. So here for you, again, photo of roller coaster – SuperSplash, in left conner you can see a small part of arena. The funniest part that the people, who where taking a ride on SuperSplash, where also watching the show. :D
But if you still want to see any pictures of Arena-Show "Milady's Revenge" you can see them here - http://www.europapark.de/lang-en/Park-attractions/Shows/Arena-Show/c407.html

And with it I’m finishing my impressions, it took time, but still I’m happy that I wrote them and that someone even reads them. :D

Thanks for you attention, I hope you will have a nice day. :)

Europa-park impressions – Theatro dell'Arte "Miraggio"

Location: Rust, Vācija

Second impression – Theatro dell'Arte "Miraggio".

Well what can I say it’s a parody, trick, acrobatic show. It’s a mix of styles and it’s really enjoyable. Some people will love it for the humor, some for it acrobatic side, some for lasers. My emotions, expressions where changing really fast from smile to laugh, to amazement.
For me the most exciting part was the acrobatics, bar gymnastics – if it’s the right name. It was really thrilling and left me with my mouth open. There also was a laser show – a really good one. It’s really impressive and if you have an opportunity to go and watch it, then do, it’s worth your time. And in the end I left smiling and in really good mood.
But words are words and no matter how much I admire something, I can’t give you all my emotion through them…
If really now thinking this show "Miraggio" somehow reminded me Circus, if the Ice show was more a musical… Yes I now Ice show is Ice show, and Miraggio is Miraggio, I’m only trying to give you an example of similarity in styles, feelings…
But "Miraggio" is one of the top three shows you should to see.

I haven’t been in the Circus for a while…

Carnival in Venice – an interesting puppet show, well not really a puppet show, they are more like electronic birds. They sing and celebrate carnival in Venice and are wearing masks. I can surely say that is quite unique. It’s a short show and I think it’s would be very interesting for children.

Next and the last one but not the least one - Arena-Show "Milady's Revenge.

In picture you can see two roller coasters – SuperSplash and Wodan. (random photo is random)

And of course I hope you all will have a nice day and enjoy this spring time.

Europa-park impressions – Ice show

Location: Rust, Vācija

The day started a bit cloudy and windy, I feared that it could rain. I defiantly decided that this day will be a show day, my chance to see the magical side of the Europa-park. The side we only see after all rides and roller coasters, which are catching our eyes.
So picking up the show list with my friends, we made a plan of what we want to see.

The first one – Ice show "Super’Ice"

Let me say – the most anticipated, popular show of all. I really had heard much about it, but never had the time to see it. And of course I’m like the most of the young ones, who don’t really equalize the Ice show to something special, amazing or out standing, because they have seen something on TV. IT’S NOT LIKE ON TV, IT’S AMAZING, AWESOME AND INCREDIBLE.
First of all, its live action and you can see it all happening in front of your eyes – tricks, costumes, blades, tension, flying ice… everything. It’s a mix of styles with really magical atmosphere, something like a musical on ice, which is changing from emotional to funny. And you’re like a part of it. Still I can’t really deliver for you my emotions…
If you have chance and time – go, I think there’s no doubt, that you will like it. Only don’t forget to take the show list and the map near the entrance.

And here you can see all the shows that are and will be in Europa-park - http://www.europapark.de/lang-en/Park-attractions/Shows/c406.html (English)

I didn’t take pictures of the Ice show, because I knew there is no use. In photo you can see Europa-park view tower.

That is the first impression, next to come - Theatro dell'Arte "Miraggio". And I only need to overcome my laziness for writing, if  what I blame the hot weather, it was +27 in the shadow today. :D

Europa-park – here I come

Location: Rust, Vācija

I’m really lucky and happy to go to Europa-park this Wednesday with my VHS group. I already can wait. I really like my group and I can say for sure that we have the best teachers. It surely will be fun, only I hope the weather will get better, it’s warm now, but today it’s a bit rainy.
I hope to see some shows, because I haven’t seen one, but I have heard they are great. Also go on some rides, eat some candyfloss. :)
Will I make some photos to show you? I don’t know, maybe I will this time, but still I’m going there to have fun, not to take photos of everything :P

And here for you another video about Europa-park, about new things in Europa-park, this video suggested Susanne in the last post. Thanks

Well I can promise that I will tell about my impressions, feelings, everything :)
And thanks for visiting my blog, I hope you will have a good day!

Europa-park

Location: Rust, Vācija
Hey, hey, hey, have you ever heard about Europa-park? I think you are, but if not you must check it out!
It’s one of the biggest, best, greatest, awesomest theme-parks in Europe. There is so much to see and try, so many rides, roller coasters. Europa-park is located in Rust, it’s like 20 km. from Lahr. I have been there two times, it’s really awesome, and I really had fun there.
Maybe you will be surprised, why here, in this blog, are no photos from Europa-park? It because I enjoyed being there, that I didn’t had time and wiling to make any. It’s really that awesome.
Now I’m waiting when it will be warm again, to go there, because I really like the water rides. It takes a whole day, if not more, to see everything there, not speaking about trying every ride and coaster. Oh, how I want to go there again…
It’s really fun for everyone in every age, even if you’re not a fan of big and fast roller coasters, there’re other good rides, also there’re bunch of rides for children.
And the Europa-park is really beautiful and amazing place to see, because it’s separated in different areas, and every area represents a country with it own style and rides. Also there’re some shows and performances.
I think, I can write about Europa-park really long, but not my words or any photos can give you the impression of how amazing it is.
If you have any chance to visit Europa-park – do it, do it, do it!!!

I found for you a video about Europa-park, maybe then you will understand my feelings better, but again and again, nothing will give you the wonderful impression, only being there.

I hope you will have a nice day and thanks for visiting my blog!

Schwarzenbachtalsperre

Location: Forbach, Vācija

You want to go and see something, but don’t know any places, so what you do? You can watch TV, read newspaper or just look in Google maps what stands out and is near to you...
What we found was Schwarzenbachtalsperre, you can search it on Google maps, and see how big it looks from there. So we realized how incredible it would look in real life and decided to drive there.
Schwarzenbachtalsperre – is from Lahr about 80km, on the way we was in Wolfach, in Freudenstadt (I need to put out photos)

You must to see it – Haut-Koenigsbourg

Location: Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg, 67600 Orschwiller, Francija

Haut-Koenigsbourg is a castle in France, close to the city Selestat. The castle is on an 800m high mountain, with an amazing view, that can take your breath away. You can see all the cities, villages and mountains around you. It’s so amazing, beautiful that you can’t stop looking…
The castle is 900 years old, it’s in really good state, you can have a walk around the castle and an excursion in the castle, where you can see in middle age style, weapons, armour, furniture and other interesting stuff.
It’s one of the places you should really see, because photos will never give you this amazing feeling, I had…
